The Audiologist should be able to work autonomously in a medical setting, and provide diagnostic testing to newborns through geriatric populations. The Audiologist should be proficient in conventional audiometric techniques and impedance testing, pediatric testing (to include BOA, VRA and other conditioning paradigms), Otoacoustic Emission testing, and Hallpike/Epley maneuvers.
Additionally, the Audiologist will need to be proficient at hearing aid selections, programming, fitting, counseling, and follow-up care.
Finally, the Audiologist must maintain documentation in electronic medical records.
