Virginia Ear, Nose and Throat Associates has an exciting opportunity for a highly motivated, independent audiologist comfortable working in a fast-paced clinical setting. Our practice is a well-established, successful ENT practice made up of 12 physicians, 1 nurse practitioner and 10 audiologists with four offices in the greater Richmond area.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS: • Minimum 2 years dispensing experience preferred. • Excellent interpersonal skills that allow effective working relationships with a diverse customer, colleague, and vendor population. This includes listening, sales, and problem solving skills. • Strong keyboard/computer/Audiology diagnostic and hearing aid software and equipment experience. • Ability to organize time and prioritize numerous duties within strict deadlines. • Ability to deal with numerous interruptions. • Ability to work in a team environment. • Ability to interact professionally at all time with patients, physicians, and team members. • Experience interacting with customers in a caring and respectful manner. • Excellent written and verbal communication skills. • Demonstrated attention to detail.

Clinical requirements include full diagnostic responsibilities - ABR, ECoG, VNG, audiometry; hearing aid dispensing (i.e., testing, fitting, and selection); and hearing rehabilitation service to all populations
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS: Au.D. / Ph.D. preferred. Must have current state licensure for audiology and dispensing or must be eligible for licensure. Excellent benefit package for qualified applicants
