Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Maintain closing rate standard
Maintain and work well with local ENT practice
Implement and support all practice initiatives to generate opportunities
Support and coach all team members to achieve practice goals and generation of opportunities
Own assigned schedule to maximize the ability to help patients hear through opportunities
Implement patient referral program to capture required names
Complete all patient follow up to include Care After No calls within 24 hours
Establish rapport with, and gather history from, patients; conduct audiometric testing; counsel patients; and make recommendations for hearing aids
Make ear impressions, ear molds, and order instruments
Program hearing aids using the latest instruments and software
Fit hearing aids and assist with any adjustments, questions or problems
Maintain documentation and patient files
You Will Need:
Education: Master’s degree or Doctorate in Audiology
IA/MN dispensing license or eligibility for license
Experience: 2-3 years of experience dispensing hearing aids preferred
Open for recent graduates
Experience with hearing evaluations and fittings
Strong interpersonal and organizational skills
The ability to work in a team environment
The ability to interact professionally at all times with patients, physicians, and team members
