Position Overview of Senior Audiologist:
The primary objective of the Senior Audiologist, Regional Sales Representative is to sell the Levo System to qualified healthcare providers such as audiologists, primary care physicians, ENTs and internal medicine doctors. Regional Sales Representatives will also support current Levo Providers in order to maintain positive client relationships and advance future sales.
Essential Responsibilities of Senior Audiologist:
To be a brand ambassador and product promoter at all times, contributing to a positive reputation for Otoharmonics and the Levo System.
Actively sell the Levo System by demonstrating product capabilities and benefits directly to healthcare providers while supporting the practitioner’s ability to enhance their business by selling the Levo to patients.
Continually identify and call on (in-person) potential new clients, key opinion leaders and industry experts within territory while focusing on building and maintaining meaningful industry and client relationships to grow sales.
Maintain customer relationships and monitor customer adoption of the Levo System, as well as customer feedback to improve product acceptance and customer satisfaction.
Grow sales through supporting identification, planning and execution of events such as trade shows, professional conferences and meetings through booth set up & tear down, product demonstration and customer training.
Dynamically provide the Marketing Department feedback on educational materials and training tools including webinars, presentations and hard copy materials to continuously support the practitioner’s needs and to increase sales.
Dynamically track leads and sales activities within Salesforce, provide ongoing productivity reports, regularly participate in team meetings and submit expense reports per company protocol.
Complete and maintain required regulatory and customer feedback documentation in a timely manner.
Qualifications / Other Requirements of Senior Audiologist:
Doctorate degree (AuD or PdD) required.
Current passport with ability to travel up to 75% within the US and abroad, including overnight stays.
Strong communications and collaboration skills with an ability to effectively communicate and engage with healthcare providers of various backgrounds, ages and education levels.
Proven professional business acumen with experience in technical solution-based selling approach, interfacing well with both internal team members and external customers.
Able to handle deadline pressures while managing a sales territory, jointly working as a team to achieve success.
Flexible in daily schedule, tasks required and problem-solving while maintaining compliance with company policies and procedures.
Eager to continue learning, with demonstrated desire for growth in interpersonal and career skills.
Desired Characteristics of Senior Audiologist:
7+ years experience in the audiology centric market &/or medical device sales environment.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office products; Excel, PowerPoint, Word & Outlook, Salesforce, SharePoint, Mac.
Understands nuisances of early-stage business requirements and seeks to reflect them in all activities.
Additional Salary Information: Base + Uncapped Commission
