We are a growing ENT practice in Tucker, GA currently seeking an Audiologist who is driven, self-motivated, and passionate about helping patients hear well again. The ideal candidate must be strong clinically and can effectively counsel while building patient rapport. The population will be mostly adult population conducting evaluations and hearing aid fittings/dispensing. This is a wonderful opportunity for an Audiologist to work independently with the patient base as well as helping the practice to grow with services and community outreach ideas. This is a full-time position; the hours may be flexible.
Daily tasks and responsibilities
Establish rapport with, and gather history from, patients; conduct audiometric testing; counsel patients; and make recommendations for hearing aids.
Make ear impressions, ear molds, and order instruments.
Program hearing aids using a computer.
Fit hearing aids and assist with any adjustments, questions or problems.
Maintain documentation and patient files.
Master’s Degree in Audiology but Au.D. is preferred.
Active and current hearing aid dispensing license.
The successful Audiologist will also possess the following:

The ability to interact professionally with compassion with patients, physicians, and team members.
Willingness to evolve.
Ability to work independently, bringing ideas to the table for community outreach as well.
We offer an attractive compensation package including a lucrative commission program and healthcare (paid in part by the practice), PTO time after 90 days, a 401K plan is available after a year.
