Au.D. preferred (Masters or HIS considered)
Excellent interpersonal & organizational skills
Self-motivated with a strong professional & mature presence
A desire to advocate for patients’ hearing care needs and promote the value of amplification
Ability to prioritize and handle a high patient volume
Team oriented and a mindset of contribution for the greater good
The ability to maintain a positive and professional attitude
Compassionate, caring, respectful and positive
Great problem solving abilities in addition to welcoming initiative & functioning autonomously
Patient diagnostics for private pay and Medical patients; primarily adult population
Dispense hearing aids and recommend proper assistive devices accordingly
Maintain a delighted patient experience through superb care and counseling
Audiologist or Hearing Instrument Specialist and appropriate California License
