We are seeking a 4th year extern who likes to work in a fast paced environment and has the desire to learn and grow. We are looking for someone from May/June 2018 to May/June 2019.
Completed their 3yr of AuD program
Externship site expects the extern to have mastered these skills before they begin their clinical externship:
-Puretone and speech audiometry including a strong proficiency in masking -Immittance audiometry including reflex testing -OAE testing -Basic computer skills -Ability to interact confidently with patients
Externship site expects the extern to learn/demonstrate these skills during their clinical externship:
-VNG testing -Hearing aid troubleshooting and programming
Primary Practice Setting:
