About the Company On-Site Hearing Services, Inc. has been serving the long-term care and assisted living communities of Minnesota since 1991. On-Site Hearing is a division of On-Site Care, LLC, providing Podiatry, Optometry, and Dentistry services in addition to our Audiology services. On-Site Care currently employs a team of 18 doctors. We are committed to the highest level of ethics and care and always work in each patient’s best interests. On-Site Care currently works with over 300 different senior living communities and that number is expanding rapidly, requiring the need for additional providers. Job Description We are currently seeking a full-time licensed Audiologist to join our team. All applicants must be willing to:
Establish rapport with and gather history from patients/facility staff/family members.
Perform appropriate testing, temp and hearing aid exam.
Extend appropriate recommendations following the evaluation.
Take ear impressions and order instruments as needed.
Program and fit hearing instruments using the latest technology available.
Counsel patients as well as family members and facility staff.
Maintain proper documentation.
Be willing and able to travel daily to senior living facilities.
Qualifications The audiologist must have completed the state of Minnesota license requirements, and have a current license to practice audiology in the State of Minnesota. Other qualifications include but are not limited to:
Self-starting and strong work ethic
Strong communication skills a must
Well-established organizational skills
Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work in a team environment
Computer proficiency and have experience with NOAH and Microsoft Office software
Experience with Phonak, Unitron and Starkey brands a plus
