The Audiologist is responsible for all activities within the scope of practice for Audiology in Louisiana and includes diagnostics, rehabilitation, hearing instrument dispensing and patient education as well as preventive hearing care services. Applying candidates need to be conversant in all areas of audiology and be able to practice independently with confidence.
