She/he will be selected based on their ability to help us achieve the highest standards of patient-oriented hearing care, to add vitality to our positive business culture, and their commitment to continual self-improvement. We provide a full range of diagnostic audiologic testing for an ENT for both the adult and pediatric populations. In addition to administering diagnostic audiologic tests, the successful candidate will be dispensing, selecting, testing, and fitting hearing aids. She/he will be involved in public outreach and community education. Most importantly, with regard to test results, the successful candidate will be highly engaging and affable in their approach to counseling and educating patients and to reviewing options that best meet their hearing care needs.
Conduct audiometric testing and VRAs
Create ear mold impressions
Counsel patients and families on hearing loss and treatment options
Provide recommendations for hearing devices
Dispense, troubleshoot, and repair hearing devices
Educate patients and families on usage and maintenance of hearing devices
Communicate with device manufacturers and suppliers
Establish rapport with and gather history from patients
Document patient information in EMR and accounting software
Interact professionally with physicians and practice staff
Assist with marketing and advertising campaigns
Additional Salary Information: • Base salary plus incentives.
