A multi-office private practice has opening for a 4th year student. The services we provide include:
Comprehensive audiologic exam, including Acoustic Reflex Decay
Otoacoustic emissions and ABR
Vestibular testing including Vorteq, and VHIT
Hearing aid dispensing (variety of brands)
Tinnitus,& Hyperacusis evaluation and management
Student must be in good standing with the university without previous history of probation at doctoral level. This is a site for a strong student who needs to polish his/her skills and obtain new ones.
Externship site expects the extern to have mastered these skills before they begin their clinical externship:
Basic Audiometry, Impedance tests, OAE, Hearing aid knowledge.
Externship site expects the extern to learn/demonstrate these skills during their clinical externship:
ABR, VNG, VHIT, Clinical decision making, Tinnitus evaluation and management, difficult fitting scenarios, counseling, business management, billing

The Hearing Doctor is an audiologic entity with two main offices and a part-time satellite office. There are two full-time audiologist on the staff. We provide:
1) Comprehensive audiologic evaluation, including Acoustic Reflex Decay, OAE, ABR, Qsin, and sound field testing.
2) Dispense variety of hearing aids brands, including Real-ear measurement.
3) Vestibular Evaluations, including Vorteq (a form of vestibule autorotation test), and VHIT)
4) Ttinnitus, and Hyperacusis evaluation and management.
5) Pediatric evaluations (COR). No pediatric dispensing
6) Medico-legal evaluation
