Busy ENT/audiology practice with 6 ENT physicians, 1 nurse practitioner, and 3 full-time audiologists. Audiologic testing of infant through geriatric populations. Hearing aid dispensing of programmable/digital hearing aids. Cochlear implant and Baha testing and programming. Vestibular assessments using VNG, rotary chair, and posturography. Electrophysiologic testing including BAER, ECoG, cVEMP, oVEMP, and ENoG.
Externship site expects the extern to have mastered these skills before they begin their clinical externship:
Audiometry, including masking; basic hearing aid skills
