Ohio University, Division of Communication Sciences and Disorders, seeks applications and nominations for a non-tenure track Clinical Faculty position at the level of Assistant/Associate Clinical Professor depending on qualifications. It is a 9 month full time academic year appointment starting August 15, 2019. Job duties include teaching, clinical supervision, direct clinical service, mentoring AuD students, conducting collaborative research, and service to the department and university.
The ideal candidate will have experience gained at any time and/or interest in one or more of the following areas: Hearing Aids, Diagnostic Audiology, Hearing Science, and Aural Rehabilitation. We seek a candidate with a commitment to: working effectively with students, faculty and staff from diverse backgrounds; and active learning and use of technology in the learning process.

AuD or PhD-AuD in Communication Sciences and Disorders (PhD may be in a closely related field; ABDacceptable at time of hire). Foreign equivalent degrees also acceptable. • Consideration given to candidates who hold or are eligible for (a) the Certificate of Clinical Competence in audiology (CCC-A) awarded by the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association and (b) Ohio State Licensure in audiology.
