We are a growing hearing healthcare practice in Derry, NH currently seeking an Audiologist who is driven, self-motivated, and passionate about helping patients hear well again. The ideal candidate must be strong clinically and effectively counsel while building patient rapport. We are a team-based environment, fast-paced and thrive on providing our patients with excellent care. The Audiologist would have the opportunity to treat patients of all ages.
Daily tasks and responsibilities
Establish effective rapport with patients, establishing realistic expectations with patients and family members, conduct audiometric testing, and make appropriate recommendations for hearing aids.
Make ear impressions, ear molds, and order instruments.
Fit hearing aids, trouble-shooting, adjustments and modifications as needed.
Treating a varied population from Pediatrics to Geriatrics.
Maintain documentation, reports and patient records.
Licensed in the state of New Hampshire is preferred.
The successful Audiologist will also possess the following:
Strong interpersonal (written as well as verbal) and organizational skills
The ability to work in a team environment
The ability to interact professionally with patients, physicians, and team members.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, detail oriented and organized.
We offer an attractive compensation package including health insurance which is paid in part by the practice, Paid Holidays, PTO time, short/long term disability/life insurance, Paid Licensure and CEU’s after 90 days, a 401K with matching and a safe harbor account after a year.
