The location for these positions are open but MUST be near a major airport.
Key focus is to provide a quality patient journey experience and ensure that hearing aids are sold at clinic events.
Responsibilities include ensuring that the open house schedule is fully booked 1 week prior to the event, by working with both the clinic staff and marketing representative.
During clinic open house event, the specialist will utilize the Best Way to Better Hearing to determine lifestyle needs to sell appropriate Widex hearing aid technology. The specialist will work in tandem with the licensed provider in the clinic, to ensure that the process from testing to the demonstration is conducted in a manner according to bloom clinical best practice protocols and applicable state and federal laws.
Provide counseling and obtain pertinent information prior to and during the evaluation. Document all clinical notes according to bloom clinical protocols in tandem with the licensed provider.
Sell 100% Widex/ Sivantos Hearing Aids at events, with a minimum of a 50% conversion rate.
Participate in a minimum of 40 Clinic events per year.
During evaluation, perform demonstration of appropriate Widex/Sivantos hearing technology.
Quote pricing from established pricing, in conjunction with any advertised discounts, as approved by Regional Director and clinic Provider.
May include clinic Provider in selling process as sales training, as deemed appropriate by Regional Director.
Counsel patients on financing options.
Explain warranty programs, repair prices and battery information
Oversee regulatory compliance, including OSHA infection control regulations and HIPAA regulations. Must maintain active Audiology/Dispensing license.
Knowledge of software systems including: Sycle, NOAH, and Widex/Sivantos fitting software.
Excellent communication skills and ability to work efficiently with hearing impaired and their families.
Utilization of resources to enhance the patient journey include (but not limited to) developing relationship with Clinical Ambassador, working with Widex/Sivantos training staff, collaborating with regional and corporate team.
Patient journey oriented.
Must be able to attend bloom™ trainings as needed. Travel to Clinic events 90% time
5 years or more of dispensing with proven hearing aid sales history and the ability to coordinate travel efficiently.
