The Department of Otolaryngology-Head and Neck Surgery at Medstar Georgetown University Hospital is searching for a Chief of Audiology. The Chief will be responsible for all clinical, research, education and administrative functions of the Division and contribute to strategic planning and operational direction for the Division. The Chief will oversee operations at multiple clinical sites and participate in direct patient care services as well. The ideal candidate must have interest in leadership and 3 to 5 years of clinical experience preferred.
The Division of Audiology is a fast paced, patient focused clinic where all staff members devote their clinic day to making our patients’ lives better. We complete testing and habilitation/rehabilitation services for neonates through senior citizens. We work collaboratively with physicians and outside providers to determine the best treatment plan for each patient. The Division has three locations spanning DC and VA and licensure in these localities will be expected.

Master’s Degree and/or Doctorate of Audiology Degree
American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA) certification
Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
