Get your lift tickets now! Colorado Springs Ear Associates is a private practice Otology/Neurotology practice in beautiful Colorado Springs, Colorado. We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual for our 4th year Au.D. Externship. In our fast paced Otology setting, you will provide services to a wide range of patients in all areas of audiology. Our staff of 1 otologist and 3 audiologists will help prepare students for a real world experience of evidence-based practice with an emphasis on the patient experience.
As a 4th year student you will learn:
Diagnostic hearing examinations
Hearing loss counseling
Vestibular testing (VNG, ABR, VEMP)
Auditory brainstem response testing
Cochlear implant evaluations and mappings
Bone anchored hearing aids
Hearing aid evaluations and fittings
Wide range of hearing instrument experience
Lyric extended wear hearing aids
Custom hearing protection.
