CTVHCS is offering two 4th year Au.D. externship positions at the Austin Outpatient Clinic. Our externs work a five day schedule with a range of clinical experiences. Clinical experiences include, but are not limited to: hearing evaluations, cerumen management, OAEs, hearing aid selection, hearing aid fittings with real ear measures, aural rehabilitation, electrophysiology (ABR, ASSR), vestibular examinations (including posturography, VNG, and repositioning maneuvers), bone anchored hearing aids, cochlear implants, and Progressive Tinnitus Management exposure. We have a diverse team of six audiologists and 3 health technicians at the Austin clinic with years of experience in the field of Audiology.
