Our large practice, Orange County Physicians Hearing Services, is located in beautiful, coastal Orange County. We currently have four offices in Southern Orange County, which is located between San Diego and Los Angeles. Our main office is in Mission Viejo, and we have three nearby satellite offices. We are the area's premier practice and are currently accepting applications for the upcoming year with start date of May-June 2020. We currently have thirteen full-time audiologists (Au.D.) and are affiliated with ten ENT physicians, two of which are pediatric ENTs. We have successfully trained twenty-seven Au.D. graduates from programs such as University of Florida, University of Colorado, University of Arizona, Arizona State University, University of Florida, University of the Pacific, Northern Illinois University, University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences, Indiana University, University of Louisville, Missouri State University, San Diego State/University of California San Diego, University of Pittsburgh, West Virginia University, University of Memphis, Auburn University, University of North Texas, A. T. Still University, Purdue University, University of Nebraska, Rush University, and Northwestern University. All of our supervising audiologists are ASHA certified (CCC-A).
The services we provide include diagnostic audiometry, standard and wideband tympanometry, OAEs, VNGs, ABR, ASSR, cochlear implant evaluations/programming, and hearing aid dispensing/servicing, all at a high level of competency. The patient population we serve includes a broad distribution of newborns, pediatrics, adults, and geriatrics. This is a comprehensive training setting that is well-integrated with ENT physicians.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills required. Must be eligible for and obtain student licensure in California.
