About the practice
Greenwood ENT has four offices, conveniently located in Greenwood, Newberry, Laurens and Abbeville. We currently have three physicians on staff, all of which are certified by the American Board of Otolaryngology and Fellows of the American College of Surgeons (FACS). Treatment of diseases and conditions of the ear, nose, throat, sinuses and thyroid are some of our specialties. We treat all ages from newborns to the elderly.
About the opportunity
Working from our main location in Greenwood, SC. The selected Audiologist will be responsible for administering comprehensive diagnostic testing including, OAE’s, tympanometry and acoustic reflex thresholds. Provide hearing aid testing, selection and fitting to all populations. Additional responsibilities as follows.
Counsel with patients and family of patients regarding test results and review options which best meet their hearing care needs
Consult with and make recommendation on hearing disorders to physicians
Complete chart notes for each patient seen and sends written report to referring physician
Perform hearing aid checks, repairs and cleaning as needed for patients
Maintain cleanliness of equipment and work area
Performs all other duties as assigned by practice administrator

Qualified candidates will have:
Doctorate of Audiology or Master’s degree in Audiology with current state license; or 4th year Au.D
Excellent interpersonal skills that allow effective working relationships with patient, colleague and vender population. This includes listening, sales, and problem-solving skills
Working knowledge of EMR systems
The ability to multi-task in a busy, fast-paced environment
Proven ability to complete paperwork with a high degree of accuracy
A neat, professional appearance
Ability to deal with customers in a caring and respectful manner
