We are an expanding Audiology-only practice that is seeking a full-time lead audiologist, who will treat patients as well as direct a small team of providers and support staff. We strive to be the most comprehensive hearing healthcare facility and patient –driven and family--focused team of audiologists in our area. Our audiologists and support staff work to educate those with hearing impairment in all our markets toward hearing loss prevention, early intervention, and rehabilitation. Our mission is prescribing the best hearing options for all patients.
The qualified candidate would be responsible for:
Completing diagnostic testing, fitting and follow-up procedures daily
Growing the business with a focus on two established clinics in the Nashville, TN region. This includes and is not limited to daily operations, quality assurance, and clinical care.
Executing current and new revenue generating programs
Managing and sustaining optimal provider participation in revenue generating activities
Supporting and mentoring providers and patient care coordinators by providing assistance and guidance as needed
Conducting line of business calls including 1:1s, team calls, as well as quarterly and yearly performance reviews
Implementing strategic business initiatives set forth by the Owners and Director of Operations
Interacting with and managing relationships with hearing aid manufacturers and other vendors
Working closely with the regional in-house marketing team to create and execute a revenue generating marketing calendar
Being a liaison to the professional community to encourage interaction and cross-referrals and maintain brand presence of Johnson Audiology
Participating in management meetings and providing bi-directional communication between management team and providers
Collaborating with the Director of Operations and President with strategic planning, resource allocation, policies, and other tasks as assigned to facilitate smooth and effective operations in relation to the business
Other tasks as assigned
Cochlear implant evaluation and mapping

Doctorate in Audiology is required
Current registration and licensure in TN or eligible for TN Audiology license
Dynamic personality with excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills, including the ability to speak to small and large groups and to the media
Excellent organizational skills
Proficient with multiple hearing aid manufacturers software/hardware
Understanding of insurance, third parties, and current legislative and other issues pertaining to the field of audiology
Experience: 3 to 5 years
Additional Salary Information: Base salary with bonus structure

Our practice started back in 2009 in Chattanooga, since then we have grown to 5 offices in Tennessee and Georgia and have a total of 10 audiologists and an extensive staff of patient care coordinators, office managers and billing coordinators.
