Bay Area Audiology is a busy private practice/ ENT office located in Webster, TX (located between Houston and Galveston). We offer a variety of services including adult and pediatric diagnostic hearing evaluations as well as adult hearing aid evaluation and dispensing. Paid position with great opportunity to learn from 2 audiologists and working with a fun and friendly staff. We work closely with two ENT physicians and one PA in our beautifully remodeled clinic. Our 4th year externs are given significant autonomy and develop skills needed to operate a private practice.

Yes Continuing education is included in the externship. We participate in routine training with hearing aid manufacturers and statewide trainings. We also attend the annual Texas Academy of Audiology conference.

Hearing aid troubleshooting, fitting, recommendations towards proper amplification, Lyric, counseling patients and families. Business skills helpful to work in private practice.
