Position summary: The audiologist tests, diagnoses, and provides solutions to clients with hearing, balance, and other problems related to the ears. They measure a persons ability to hear a range of sounds, their ability to differentiate between sounds, and evaluate difficulties with balance. The audiologist records a clients data and then coordinates with the client and their healthcare provider to determine the best possible treatment. Plan, conduct, and coordinate all aspects of diagnostic assessments, evaluations, therapeutic and rehabilitative services for hearing and balance disorders.
