CID Central Institute for the Deaf Fourth Year Audiology Externship
The Martha E. Jones Pediatric Audiology Center at CID (Central Institute for the Deaf) is accepting applications for a 4th year Audiology Externship up to September 23, 2022. The Pediatric Audiology Program is part of the CID School program which has a long history of providing educational and speech and hearing services to children with hearing loss. CID uses a listening and spoken language approach. The audiology program provides a full range of re/habilitative audiologic services including behavioral hearing evaluations, device evaluations (hearing aids, cochlear implants, and DM systems) and programming, parent counseling and educational outreach. Audiologists work closely with educators in the parent infant program and the school addressing the speech and language
