Overview: At Bay Area Audiology and Hearing Aids, we provide professional, compassionate hearing healthcare to our community. Our reputation for excellence is based on exceeding our patient’s expectations for over 20 years within our ENT-based practice environment.
We are seeking a full-time audiologist that enjoys patient centered care and is interested in joining a busy, thriving practice. Candidates must be comfortable administering diagnostic audiometric tests, patient counseling on hearing loss and treatment options, fitting of hearing aids, and fostering strong, long-term, patient relationships.
Establish rapport with patients
Administration of audiometric diagnostic testing
Effective communication/counseling of test results and treatment options
Motivate patients to address their hearing loss
Effective fitting of hearing aids
Maintain professional, medical documentation and patient files
Doctoral Degree of Audiology (AuD);
Texas license must be active and current, or eligible for Texas license
Excellent interpersonal skills, to include listening, sales and problem solving
Strong organizational skills
The ability to prioritize and handle a high volume of patients
The ability to work in a team environment
The ability to maintain a positive and professional attitude
