UAB Civitan Sparks Clinics will offer at least one, possibly two fourth-year externships for the 2023-2024 year with positions beginning in May/June through April 2024. Ideal applicants should have a strong desire in pursuing pediatric audiology as a career.  UAB Civitan Sparks Clinics are primarily a pediatric interdisciplinary clinic that is part of a LEND/UCEDD program. We see children with a wide array of developmental issues from birth to 18.  Our main focus is diagnostics but we also have a steady population of children with hearing loss.
