Pediatric Audiology Externship - Joe DiMaggio Children's Hospital
The Audiology team within the Division of Pediatric Otolaryngology at Joe DiMaggio Children’s Hospital is seeking a 4th Year Audiology Extern beginning around May-June 1st 2023 through May-June 1st 2024. The externship provides a dynamic experience in pediatric audiology working in an interdisciplinary setting. Externs work amongst our otolaryngology clinics, inside our children’s hospital, and with the craniofacial team. The externship includes a comprehensive experience in pediatric diagnostics, pediatric rehabilitation to include hearing aids, osseointegrated devices, and cochlear implants, newborn hearing screenings, and electrophysiology with sedated/natural sleep ABR evaluations. Our team of 5 audiologists are state licensed and hold ASHA Clinical Certificates of Compete
