Everyone who sees our office is impressed with the uniqueness of the setup making it easy to provide excellent patient care. We are set up with a dedicated service center to handle all the daily hearing aid cleanings, repair pickups, troubleshooting Bluetooth and apps, repairs, etc. You have a full support staff to handle all your shipping, receiving, phone calls, faxing, booking appointments, etc. You will have your own audiometer, booth, real ear, etc to ensure you can provide care the way you know it should be done.

We are actively looking for an Audiologist to join our team. This is a full-time opportunity with a generous compensation plan, good benefits, and room for professional and personal growth. We have proven business systems and processes to ensure the right person with the right attitude can fast track their career as an Audiologist.  With great receptionists, multiple technicians, shipping/receiving, insurance specialist, and 3 other audiologists in one office, you have all the support you need. This allows you to focus on helping your patients instead of menial office tasks.

Prime Southern California Location in the South Bay. Only 10-20 minutes to some of the best So Cal beaches (Hermosa Beach, Manhattan Beach, Redondo Beach). We are approximately 35 min to Disneyland, 35 min to Hollywood and Downtown LA, 40 min to Universal Studios, 50 min to Malibu, 35min to Huntington Beach, 20min to Long Beach, 2.5 hours to San Diego, 30 minutes to two airports LAX and LGB.

Our Clinic and Services

• Torrance, CA location with 4 AuDs,  Mission Viejo, CA location with one AuD.
• 5 doctors of Audiology and 9 support staff
• Adult focused, with some pediatric (not younger than 12)
• Hearing aid recommendations and fittings verified with REM
• Hearing aid repairs, HIT checks, and  hearing aid cleanings
• A Lyric Specialist to handle all your regular Lyric exchanges
• An insurance specialist to handle all your insurance questions, billing, verifications, etc.

• We are a high service model practice focusing on excellent customer service. We do not work with 3rd party insurances and our patients love us for it.
• We have a dedicated hearing aid service center staffed with 2 technicians to handle all your hearing aid cleanings, troubleshooting, bluetooth connections, regular servicing, etc. Very unique and our patients love it!

Qualifications:

• AuD preferred, will consider a Master’s Degree in Audiology
• Excellent interpersonal skills
• Strong organizational skills

• Strong compassion, care, and respect for patients
