Fourth Year AuD Externship - Paid
The Audiology Externship Program at Hearing Doctors of New Jersey provides fourth-year audiology students an opportunity to participate in delivering state-of-the-art diagnostic and rehabilitative audiology care to pediatric and adult patients. Students will work alongside doctors of audiology, all of whom have earned a Certificate of Clinical Competence in Audiology (CCC-A) through the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA), to provide the following services:  Complete Audiological Evaluations (CAEs) Otoacoustic Emission testing Immittance testing Management and treatment of hearing loss and tinnitus Fitting, dispensing, and management of technology, including: Hearing aids and assistive technology
