Full-time, tenure-track or consecutive-term appointment (based on experience and qualifications) 12-month position available immediately at the University of Oklahoma Health Sciences Center (OUHSC) in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS: Required qualifications include an earned doctorate in audiology (PhD or AuD), current CCC-A, eligibility for Oklahoma audiology licensure, the potential for successful didactic teaching, scholarship, and service, and excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS: Preferred qualifications include at least one year of experience in the clinical supervision of AuD students, the ability to mentor student research, secure grant funding, and engage in collaborative research. Preferred areas of expertise include amplification, implantable hearing technology, and/or foundational coursework.

RESPONSIBILITIES: The primary responsibilities of this position include, but are not limited to, the following: • Teach didactic courses in the AuD program • Supervise AuD students in clinic • Conduct research/scholarship in area of expertise • Mentor AuD students in research activities • Contribute to university, college, department, and section committees.

UNIVERSITY AND PROGRAM INFO: The Department of Communication Sciences and Disorders (CSD) is part of the College of Allied Health on the campus of the University of Oklahoma Health Sciences Center (OUHSC) in Oklahoma City, OK.
