Audiologist
The audiologist plans, conducts, and coordinates aspects of diagnostic evaluations and therapeutic and rehabilitative services for Veterans with earing loss and hearing disorders. This includes determining a Veteran's need for amplification, predicting and measuring the effectiveness of amplification, cochlear implants, and vestibular testing. . This position also determines the need for and the type of rehabilitation and counseling of Veteran with hearing loss and their families. Applicants pending the completion of educational or certification/licensure requirements may be referred and tentatively selected but may not be hired until all requirements are met.
