NY Audio Associates and UPB Brookyn ENT is a unique and special ENT and Audiology practice seeking to hire one to two 4th year Externs for our beautiful Brooklyn, NY location. We have served the Brooklyn community with pride and distinction for nearly 25 years. The services we provide include: complete audiological evaluations, VNGs, ABRs and Hearing Aid Dispensing.
-Basic audiological evaluation (pure tone audiometry, speech audiometry, tympanometry, otoacoustic emissions) -Some experience with VNGs (ocularmotor, positional and positioning, and air calorics) preferred however not necessary. Training will be provided. -Some experience with ABRs (neurodiagnostic and thresholds) preferred however not necessary. Training will be provided. -Basic knowledge of hearing aids: evaluations, recommendations, fitting, and basic modifications
