The William S Middleton Memorial Veterans Hospital located in Madison, Wisconsin, Audiology department is looking for two 4th year Audiology Externs to start May of 2025. The 4th year’s focus will be on diagnostic hearing evaluations, hearing aid evaluations, hearing aid and assistive listening device fittings, hearing aid follow-up appointments as well as assisting with the hearing aid drop-off and repair clinic. The 4th year Externs will be responsible for returning patient phone calls, cleaning/stocking the clinic, and performing biologic checks on the equipment, hearing aid trouble shooting, and mentoring 3rd year students.
