The American Institute of Balance providers & Dr. Gans have had 55 audiology externs to date. Our highly specialized practice focuses on vestibular and balance disorders with a strong medical referral base and interdisciplinary approach. AIB provides a full range of diagnostic vestibular assessments, including but not limited to: Posturography, Rotary Chair, Active Head Rotation, VNG, VEMP, vHIT, Dynamic Visual Acuity, etc. Traditional diagnostic audiology, including hearing assessment and hearing aid dispensing is also provided.  AIB's multidisciplinary staff, which includes audiologists, ENTs and Physical Therapists, fosters opportunities for students to observe and participate in the entire continuum of patient care from diagnosis through treatment.
