The Division of Adult Audiology at Washington University School of Medicine (WUSM) is now accepting applications for three final-year AuD externship positions. WUSM is a large division with six locations and over 20 audiologists. The externship experience includes the provision of a full range of audiological services to adult patients. Diagnostic services include behavioral and electrophysiological assessment of hearing and balance function; treatment services include the selection, fitting, and verification of hearing aids, cochlear implants, osseo-integrated devices, and other assistive devices. Externs are encouraged to participate in clinic-based research. Washington University has agreed to follow The Audiology Clinical Education Network timeline.
