Baylor Scott and White Health is seeking an experienced, Doctorate level Audiologist (Ph.D. or AuD) to join our Audiology team in our Brenham Hwy 290 Specialty Clinic. This position will be full-time, and will focus on both pediatric and adult audiology patients.
The Opportunity:
The Division of Otolaryngology is comprised of 3 audiologists and 3 ENT providers that provide comprehensive ENT services. We are seeking a full time audiologist to work alongside the ENTs.
Additional details include:
ENT provider on site
General outpatient ENT practice in a multi-specialty health clinic
Work with like-minded professionals in a fully integrated health system
Epic EMR
Responsibilities of this position are to meet clinical audiologic demands, which include diagnostic audiologic hearing evaluations for patients of all ages, cochlear implant evaluations, Osseointegrated device candidacy evaluations and fittings, hearing aid dispensing and follow-up. Previous experience in performing these examinations is preferred.
Requirements:
Valid Texas Audiology license.
Current or eligible to obtain American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA) certification or American Board of Audiology (ABA) certification.
At least one year of fitting and dispensing experience preferred but not required.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
