Ascent Audiology & Hearing is a private practice audiology clinic in Orlando, Florida. We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual interested in private practice audiology for our 4th year Au.D. externship.
In our office, we provide a complete range of audiological and hearing services for primarily adult patients. Our services that are offered include diagnostic hearing examinations for veterans and ENT referrals, hearing aid evaluations and fittings, and tinnitus evaluations/ treatments/ management.
In addition to gaining and improving your clinical diagnostic skills, you will also learn private practice office management skills, marketing, bookkeeping, billing, and coding to insurances, that will prepare you as a future Doctor of Audiology.
The externship offered at Ascent Audiology & Hearing is excellent for someone who would desire to be a well-rounded private practice audiologist with an emphasis in hearing aid amplification and diagnostic testing.
The externship position is for 12 months starting between May and June 2025.
