Hearing Evaluation Services (HES) is one of the largest freestanding not-for-profit audiology practices in the United States. We are committed to providing superior, ethical solutions for the hearing and balance impaired. We believe in advancing the field of audiology by ensuring that our staff of 18 AuDs are actively engaged in program development to better serve our patient population and the greater medical community.
HES has four offices that provide a multitude of diagnostic and hearing aid services. We see adult and pediatric patients for comprehensive hearing evaluations, hearing aid fittings and follow-up, ABRs, Vestibular evaluations (Including VNG, Rotary Chair, oVEMP, cVEMP, eCoG), APD evaluations, cochlear implants, bone conduction solutions, ototoxic monitoring and tinnitus evaluation and treatment (including Lenire). We also have a long relationship working with a large ENT practice and an ENT who services our local trauma hospital. We provide audiometric evaluations for these ENT patients in our offices and in theirs. While each extern will have their primary office as a home-base, they will also be blocked throughout the year to spend time with other providers ensuring exposure to specialties like vestibular testing, tinnitus patients, and CIs.
HES has a long history of training future audiologists and has been training 4th year externs since 2006. Externs work alongside a variety of doctoral level audiologists with exposure to nearly every aspect of audiology. We offer a diverse experience working in a private practice setting for comprehensive diagnostic and hearing aid services while also providing ENT experience.
