As a member of the Concha family, you will be on the front lines of the hearing health revolution. Concha Labs was founded by Amy Li (Berkeley Bioengineering, Stanford MBA) who has atypical and mixed hearing loss types and struggled to get truly personalized settings, so the team has developed their patented software platform that truly personalizes sound profiles for each individual. We are FDA-cleared and recommended by Mayo Clinic and others.
You will be joining the team at an exciting time - we are changing the landscape of hearing and audio software technology to empower people to hear clearly from the comfort of their own homes.
We're a seed-stage company, backed by National Science Foundation, Draper Associates, AARP, and MedMountain Ventures (among others), and have multiple patents granted. We care about culture and having fun working together, and you will join and contribute to a company culture where mutual respect, collaboration, curiosity, and pushing boundaries are core to the company’s values. Ideally, you will bring an energetic, fun, and “always learning” mindset.
