California Hearing Center (CHC) is San Mateo’s most prestigious private practice located in San Mateo and San Carlos CA. We are seeking a dynamic, energetic, motivated professional for a full-time Audiology Assistant position. At CHC we are setting a new standard for excellence in hearing healthcare with commitment to our patient satisfaction.

Duties of the Audiology Assistant 

Patient Care:

• Walk in Patients – see walk ins and enter progress notes.
• Prepare devices for pick up, as directed
• See scheduled patients for:
  • Earmold fittings
  • Device failures and cleaning
  • Orientation portion of patient fittings
  • Annual Evaluation Testing assistance

• Stock Management
• Office Support
• Complete other tasks as assigned.

Desired Personal Attributes

• One Year Clinical Experience Required
• Must be Certified Audiology Assistant
• A caring and compassionate team player.
• Ability to focus and multitask.
• Detail orientated and able to maintain accurate records.
• Ability to work at both offices: San Mateo, CA and San Carlos, CA if necessary.

Work Hours:

Monday to Thursday 8:30AM-5:30 PM

Friday: 8:30AM -3:30PM
