Audiologists – Alaska is calling you! Resound ENT, a department of Medical Network of Alaska (MNA), is welcoming a full-time Audiologist (part-time will be considered) to join our busy, multi-disciplinary private practice in Anchorage, AK.
Our team celebrates our Audiologist as a person and professional, encourages a relaxed, positive environment where you are respected as an expert in your field, and is just as passionate about treating patients and making a difference in their lives as you are. Plus, you will enjoy a flexible 4 or 5 day a week schedule (your choice!) as well as our company culture as we celebrate birthdays, hold staff parties 3-4 times a year, and focus on quality patient care while managing our relationships in the community, instead of hard sell marketing, so that patients feel comfortable with us before they even walk in the door.
What You’ll Do:
Build rapport with patients of all ages through consultations and examinations to provide the best treatment plan for their lifestyle.
Educate patients and their families about hearing health, treatment options, and communication strategies.
Coordinate care with the physicians, medical professionals, and rehabilitation specialists regarding the patient’s diagnosis.
Dispense appropriate hearing care products to meet their needs and provide realistic expectations to ensure patient success.
What You Need For This Job:
Masters or Doctorate degree in Audiology from an accredited program.
Current or eligibility to obtain Audiology licensure in Alaska.
An organized, team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills that allow effective working relationships with a diverse patient, colleague, and vendor populations.
