This position is primarily based in our Putnam, CT clinic, with potentially one day per week at our Massachusetts location.

A Day in the Life
Provide personalized counseling to patients and their families regarding diagnostic results and treatment options.
Conduct comprehensive diagnostic testing (Audiograms, Tympanograms) for adult patients.
Dispense and fit hearing aids, delivering realistic expectations and exceptional follow-up care for success.
Perform hearing aid maintenance, checks, and repairs, ensuring patients receive the best care possible.
What Makes You a Great Fit
Education: Au.D. (Doctorate in Audiology) or Master’s Degree with national certification endorsement.
Experience: 2+ years preferred, but entry-level candidates are welcome to apply!
Licensure: Eligible to practice in Connecticut (Massachusetts licensure is a bonus!).
Skills:
Outstanding interpersonal communication—you build trust with patients, families, and colleagues.
Tech-savvy with experience in CounselEar or other documentation systems (a plus).
Compassionate, patient-focused, and ready to grow with a team that has your back.
