PRACTICE HIGHLIGHTS
Wepractice the medical model of hearing loss & tinnitus solutions (highest tech, no compromise on care, our personal guarantee to “make it right”, and un-matched continuum of care) – The hearing healthcare we practice is TRANSFORMATIONAL (vs. transactional).
We boast a culture of giving the benefit of doubt, are highly professional but encouraged to have fun, and keep a low-drama atmosphere, where we care for each other like a family.
Part of our onboarding involves Kolbe Index assessment for personality, communication style, professional role-fit, and instinctual-action M.O. that help us determine if you’d be a good “fit” and if our office is a good fit for YOU!
We go all-in for themed holidays; close the office for quarterly team-fun days; bring in lunches/treats 1-2x monthly in celebration for hitting individual & practice goals.
