About the Position:

• Establish rapport with a primarily adult and geriatric patient population through counseling and making recommendations that best fit their lifestyle and improve their hearing. Patients stay with the same Audiologist for continuous care.
• Provide Cochlear Implant evaluations, mapping, and follow-up care appointments.
• Conduct diagnostic testing and evaluations including Audiograms and Tympanograms.
• Dispense appropriate hearing aids, accessories, and assistive listening devices to meet patient’s needs and provide realistic expectations to ensure patient success.
• Communicate with front office staff and audiology technicians to maintain a good patient flow within the clinic.
• Work Monday-Friday from 9:00am to 4:00pm – 3 days a week at our Vanderbilt clinic and 2 days at our Tamiami Trail practice.
  • In June, July, and August you get to enjoy paid Fridays off as well!

Skills and Qualifications:

• Master’s or Doctorate degree in Audiology from an accredited institution.
• Current or eligibility to obtain Audiology licensure in Florida.
• Excellent interpersonal skills that allow effective working relationships with a diverse customer colleague, and vendor population.
• Experience with and knowledgeable about multiple brands of hearing instruments.
