You will be joining a privately-owned clinic with a dedicated team across five locations, specializing in hearing, balance, and ear health services. ROLE OBJECTIVES – WHAT WE NEED
- Comprehensive Hearing Evaluations: Conduct thorough assessments of patients' hearing abilities using various diagnostic tests and equipment.
- Hearing Aid Selection and Fitting: Recommend appropriate hearing aid solutions based on patients' hearing loss, lifestyle, and preferences. Provide expert guidance on device selection and ensure proper fitting and adjustment for optimal performance.
- Counseling and Education: Offer personalized counseling and education to patients and their families on hearing loss, communication strategies, and the use and care of hearing aids and assistive devices.
- Follow-up Care: Provide ongoing support and follow-up care to monitor patients' progress with their hearing aids. Make any necessary adjustments to ensure continued satisfaction and improved hearing outcomes.
- Collaboration: Work closely with other healthcare professionals, including otolaryngologists, speech-language pathologists, and primary care physicians, to ensure coordinated care and optimal outcomes for patients.
- Community Outreach: Participate in community outreach events, educational seminars, and workshops to raise awareness about hearing health and the services offered at Colorado Ear Care.

QUALIFICATIONS
- Au.D or NBC-HIS
- Current state licensure or eligibility for licensure in Colorado.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Compassionate and patient-centered approach to care.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
WORK HOURS
We’ve designed our schedule with shorter Fridays to support a healthy work-life balance for our team.
- Expected Hours: 40 hours per week
- Schedule: Monday - Thursday, 8:00am - 5:00pm, and Friday, 8:00am - 2:30pm, with 30-minute paid lunch breaks each day.
