What You’ll Do
As a valued member of our Longview team, you’ll have the independence to manage your patients while benefiting from strong clinical and administrative support. Your responsibilities will include:
- Conducting comprehensive hearing evaluations for adults (18+)
- Performing tympanometry and earmold impressions
- Educating patients and families on hearing health and treatment options
- Recommending, fitting, and programming hearing aids using Real Ear Measurement (REM)
- Providing ongoing follow-up care and long-term patient support
- Counseling patients on communication strategies and hearing device use
- Maintaining accurate documentation and coordinating care with referring physicians
- Participating in community outreach events and educational seminars
- Upholding HIPAA and patient confidentiality standards
What We’re Looking For
We’re seeking a professional who is:
- Compassionate, patient-centered, and an excellent communicator
- Committed to clinical best practices and high standards of care
- Skilled in diagnostics and hearing aid dispensing
- Comfortable working independently and as part of a team
- Organized, detail-oriented, and self-motivated
Qualifications:
- Doctorate in Audiology (Au.D.)
- Active or eligible Washington State Dispensing License
- Sales experience a plus (not required)
