The pediatric audiology externship will take place at Nemours Children's Hospital in Orlando, Florida and may require travel to one or more of our 4 satellite locations.  Currently, we are a team of 6 audiologists and 3 assistants.  This externship will allow a student the opportunity to provide audiological care to children from birth to 18 years of age.  The extern will have the opportunity to perform pediatric hearing evaluations (VRA, CPA, and conventional audiometry), ABR testing (sleep deprived and sedated), cortical auditory evoked potential testing, pediatric vestibular evaluations using VEMPs, auditory processing evaluations, pediatric hearing aid and Baha fittings, as well as cochlear implant evaluations and programming.  We are multidisciplinary team and we work clo
