4th Year Au.D. Externship at Weill Cornell Medicine / New York Presbyterian Hospital - Manhattan
The Audiology Externship Program at Weill Cornell Medicine (WCM) provides fourth-year audiology students an opportunity to participate in the provision of state-of-the-art diagnostic and rehabilitative audiology care to pediatric and adult patients in a fast-paced medical setting. Students will work alongside WCM audiologists, all of whom have earned a Certificate of Clinical Competence in Audiology (CCC-A) through the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA), to provide the following services: Complete Audiological Evaluations (CAEs) Otoacoustic Emission testing Auditory Brainstem Response testing Fitting, dispensing, and management of amplification, including: Hearing aids and assistive technology B
