The Audiology Clinic at the Central Arkansas Veterans Healthcare System is excited to announce a position for a 4th year Audiology Extern for 2024-2025. This position will be available from May 1, 2024 to April 30, 2025. Our externs will primarily work at both of our Audiology Clinics located in Little Rock and North Little Rock, Arkansas.  There may be an opportunity to travel to one of our Community Based Outreach Clinics located in Hot Springs and Conway. Tour of Duty will be Monday-Friday 7:30 am-4:00 pm. All of our Audiology clinics service an adult/geriatric population and provide experience in diagnostic testing, hearing aid assessments, hearing aid fittings, tinnitus assessment and management, Cochlear Implants, ABR, VNG, and Posturography.
