Michigan Medicine’s Audiology program announces the availability of a term-limited twelve-month post-doctoral Audiology Fellowship with a focus on Intraoperative Neurophysiologic Monitoring (IOM) to begin in June 2025. This is a full-time salaried position with medical and other benefits. The Audiology IOM team at Michigan Medicine monitors hundreds of surgical procedures each year, including neurosurgery, neurotology, and head and neck cases. Monitoring modalities primarily include cranial nerve electromyography, auditory evoked potentials and somatosensory evoked potentials in cases including, but not limited to, cochlear implantation, chronic ear disease, parotidectomy, and vestibular schwannoma resection.
